Julie Wood (Formerly Maxwell)

Julie Wood is the Director of Business for Signature Wealth Concepts, LLC. Julie partners with founding members Phil Kim and Daniel Dales to oversee the firm’s operations while empowering overall growth of the organization.

With over 17 years of administrative experience, Julie oversees multiple aspects of the firm including development of business goals and business processes. She manages the company's finances, works to expand the brand and identify team opportunities for growth.

Julie joined our current broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors, in 2014 and has excelled in multiple leadership roles. She was awarded the Equitable Advisors Recruiting Excellence award in 2017, and the Equitable Advisors Southwest Branch Employee of the Year award in 2015 and 2017.

She incorporates her event planning experience into our firm’s philanthropic vision and coordinates a variety of events for our team and clients. Events ranging from client appreciation, corporate team building, market outlook educational trainings, charity golf tournaments, and nonprofit partnership events.   

Julie was born in Scotland and moved to Arizona in 2002. Julie married her husband Ricky in October 2025 and enjoys golfing, paddle boarding, and traveling.
